KellCat Devo Management Team
KellCat Devo is proud to have an all-female Board of Directors who are also cycling enthusiasts, role models, and ambassadors for women in sport!
Kelly Catale
Founder, President & Executive Director
Kelly is the founder of KellCat Devo, Executive Director of New England Youth Cycling, cycling coach, and former professional endurance mountain bike racer for Team KellCat. She is 3-time USA National Champion in singlespeed MTB and 3-time Team USA member for marathon mountain biking. Kelly believes strongly in giving back to the cycling community through youth cycling leadership, mentorship, and coaching, all with a focus on whole athlete development, fun, and a touch of speed sparkles.
Alice JohanneN
Board Member
Alice is a career human resources professional, musician, photographer and outdoor enthusiast. She became familiar with mountain bike racing by providing race support and photography for her husband and son, ultimately taking up the sport herself at the tender age of 50. Her broader involvement with youth cycling came through the New England High School Cycling Association (now New England Youth Cycling), where her commitment to ensuring an inclusive experience for girls and emerging riders compelled her to step in as one of only two female inaugural board members. She served on the board, and was the league’s photographer, for five years. Additionally, she served as the parent coordinator for her son’s high school mountain biking and cycling teams, where her race reports and photos were instrumental in securing robust support from other team parents and a higher level of recognition at the school. Alice continues to be an advocate for women in sport, with a particular focus on fostering a strong mountain biking community for girls.

Michele Satrowsky
Treasurer
Michele joined the KellCat Devo board as Treasurer in 2024 to encourage and enable female participation in a sport that is filled with much passion, discipline, and community. In addition to racing her gravel, mountain, and cyclocross bikes, she has held leadership positions on several cycling boards and staff positions for numerous cycling events. When she is not on her bike, she heads Treasury and Investor Relations for a public company on the North Shore.
